I had applied for Greece visa with C&K, Faridabad. The coordinator Ashwin is not aware of the process and I had to visit his office 3-4 times just because he kept introducing new required documents. At the time of filling of application, he refused to fill it for me. I had to fill it and he checked. When I had collected my documents, he said that this is a complete set but he had lost my visa photocopies and hotel bookings vouchers. When I had confronted him, he shouted saying it is not his responsibility. I told him that I can file a consumer complaint then he shouted some more and disconnected the call and blocked me. If you can’t work properly, then don’t. Such a disgraceful conduct by Cox and Kings.

    We are from a middle class family...your email made us hope for something positive...why all these ?? We wont be getting our own money back?? Right? You must guess how painful it’ll be tell my parents...all these were for nothing...just to hurt and make people weak n sick...Europe 2019 durga pujo, full payment done..

      I have purchased tickets from ezeego 1 (Part of cox & kings india). The tickets were fully refunded by airlines. By then never returned money to me. Even after several emails no one responded.

        Dear sir,

        Cox and kings financial company limited has not yest paid dues of ~inr 4.84 lakh as of date on invoices raised from june 2019 - sep 2019
        The invoices have been sent to pakowal road branch, ludhiana. And head branch in mumbai. We have not yet heard from anybody. The company is on the verge of insolvency and there is no one to respond.

          Dear sir,
          Quite regrettably i am bringing to your notice the poor standard of services provided to us by cox and kings. We are the victim of their duping. We have paid total inr 1, 80, 645 to cox and king's bank account, which is full amount as per the contract for the trip to gangtok, pelling, kalimpong and received the voucher on 23rd oct 2019. And on 25th oct 2029 they have cancelled our trip to gangtok, pelling, kalimpong. At the time of booking i was assured to get confirmation and so i booked our flight tickets. Cox and kings is responsible for the inconvenience faced by me and my family members.

          As per the public announcement in the economic times on 26/10/2019, as a creditor we have to register our claim with the irp professional on or before 18th january 2020. And this was suggested by cox & kings through email on 4th november 2019. I did the entire process but not received the refund.

            We have approached cox and kings for booking air tickets and visa for the us trip from rajalakshmi engineering college. The agent mr. Nisar has booked the visa for a group of 5 members. We approached him again after a week of confirmation of the visa for booking the air tickets. He said he was unable to book because of some issues in the chennai branch.
            He said that the air travel advance amount rupees 5000 each will be refunded. We have waited for 2 months now.. Kindly look into this and reply for further proceeding. The college management has asked us to take legal actions.

                Bumper far east tour which was supposed to depart on 15/10/2019 was cancelled post cox and kings reported bankruptcy. We were promised a refund within 90 days which has still not happened. There is no status update and no one to contact regarding this. Need whatever help i can to get the money back as not getting any faith in anyone to help on this.

                  I booked a flight & hotel accommodation with mr. Mithun & mr. Shailesh of cox & kings (Ahmadabad & mumbai respectively) my visit to germany.
                  On 24th september, 2019 i paid them 1, 92, 150 & they cancelled our hotel & flight without informing us.
                  They claim they are not liable to inform us prior to cancellation & since then have refused to reply to our numerous emails, calls & messages.

                  This is unethical and manipulation of the law. How do we claim our money back?

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    My booking ID is 1067086.I booked a tour by paying Rs. 15000/_ as initial booking installment but on cancellation of it, the management of Cox and Kings agreed for adjusting Rs. 15000/_ in future booking and I was issued a credit note Dated 14/03/2019, to be utilized within a year. However, on inquiry for the available packages in January 2019, I got E- Mail from customer service about start of insolvency process! I sent mail to insolvency service professional but I didn't get reply, so finally I submitted claim through www.marketclear.in/#/cox-kings on 21/11/2019, as suggested in E- Mail of customer service of Cox & Kings.

                    I have submitted claim as customer ( Operational Creditor).

                    Kindly, help for refund of Rs. 15000/_.

                      Dear dignitaries,

                      This is really awful when you getting this kind of services from a responsible organization. Myself pilat sinha, i had submitted a passport renewal request of my daughter praisy sinha on[protected], in your fahahel branch in country kuwait. The tracking no for the application is (Kwtfp2130319).

                      Today[protected] at approximately 615 pm, i spoke to one of your executive over telephone[protected] and he confirmed me to come and collect the passport, also in the same time i checked the tracker online to reconfirm the status. The tracker was showing that, "the passport has been sent to the respective branch to collect".
                      But when i reached the branch, i met one executive and i showed my receipt screen shot in my mobile and immediately he replied me saying that, its not yet received. Then i told him, i confirmed over phone and on invitation i came to receive it. Post that he told me to come tomorrow morning 08:00am to collect the same and then he took me to the manager. The manager told me the same thing, after that i requested both saying that my daughter's visa already expired on 09-11-19, so if i can take the passport now it will help me to renew the visa tomorrow early hour. But both disagree to handover the passport on that time.

                      Moreover, i would like to inform you that the executive & the manager was discussing in indian regional language, where as i was communicating in english, as i know regional language speaking is not allowed inside the any esteemed organization, it is presenting a poor image of the organization.

                      This is really dolorous to say that their behavior make me feel that it is an example of worst customer service example.

                      Please take the pain to update me, if your organization taking any action on them.

                        Initially i had booking for for cnk's kailash mansarovar via lhasa tour booking id 1098065 and paid full advance for that inr 205576 out of which inr 165576 were paid via rtgs bank transfer ref no. Vijbh[protected] dated 06.03.2019 to cnk's axis bank account no.[protected] and rest by payment link sent to me by cnk ltd.
                        Later in august 2019 the above tour was changed to simply maldives ex-male tour vide booking id: 1113144 on my request and an amount of inr 41770 was refunded back to me on 20.08.2019 via rtgs bank transfer as the excess amount for the maldives tour for 3 persons (My family) costing total inr 161706 adjusting some amount for change in tour fee.
                        On october 15, 2019 we were told about the cancellation of our maldives tour by cox&kings and promised full refund for the same.
                        I have yet not received the due refund of inr 161706. 00

                          This june, we had booked a india tour with cox and kings to be scheduled for jan 2020.

                          We made the first two set of installment payments. However, we have not recieved any vouchers/ confirmations (Except a set of air tickets that covers about 10% of the amount paid) against the amount paid till date. While we have been following up on the status and next steps since august 2019, there has been no response from cox and kings. All the booking agents as well as their managers involved in this booking have left the organization. On october 11, after rigorous phone follow-ups and multiple email exchanges, we formally registered a request for refund of the remaining 90% amount. However, there has been no response on the same till date, despite follow up. Would request support to resolve this matter on priority and help with refund of inr 211, 540 (Net of air ticket cost).

                          The booking details are as follows:

                          Booking id: 1104180 (Made on june 03 2019)
                          Passengers: 03 (Sujata chakravorty, maxine little and carole witcher)
                          Total tour cost: inr 608, 259 (Booking confirmation mail given below)
                          Amount paid so far: inr 1, 89, 420 (Paid on aug 28 by carole witcher through credit card)
                          Inr 41, 200 (Paid on may 31 by sujata chakravorty through credit card)
                          Voucher received from cox & kings so far: air tickets worth inr 19, 080 (We will retain the same)

                          Total refund amount: inr 211, 540 (Net of air ticket cost)

                          Looking forward to a quick resolution and refund.

                            I have booked a trip to bhutan, through coxandkings bharat deko online package for 6 nights / 7 days in dec, 3 people, booking id 1114136 and payment date 6, oct 2019. I made complete payment online and i haven't got any booking confirmation. I have got an email response saying we are looking into this matter and would get back in few days. But it has been more than 1 month and i would like to get a refund for the entire booking.

                              My booking Id is 1115254 for the Dubai holiday booked on 19/9/19.After 7 days company called and informed that tour is cancelled and money will be refunded with in 7 to 10 days, after repeated reminder they mailed me that it will take 30 to 35 days.Till now money is not refunded and nobody is replying mails or taking phone calls, including Mumbai head office and customer care. How to initiate legal action against them. Please advise

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                I the undersigned Mr. Shantanu Banerjee, along with my spouse, opted for a family tour to China through the company Cox and Kings Limited. In connection to this Mr. Subhradip Dhar Store Manager Cox and Kings Limited (Mobile No. 91 [protected]) sent me an E-Mail dated 22nd August 2019, mentioning the tour details(The tour named as HIGHLIGHTS OF CHINA \\ 18TH OCT 2019), cost and payment procedure. Accordingly I have paid Rs. 1, 20, 000/- (One Lakh Twenty thousand only) as advance on 23rd of August 2019, vide cheque no. 038340 from my Axis Bank account, money receipt attached. Further on 4th of September 2019 I paid another Rs. 1, 12, 743/-(One Lakh twelve thousand seven hundred forty three only) through NEFT (Vide Reference No. AXMB[protected] from my another Axis Bank Account as a full and final payment for our aforesaid tour please find the attached money receipt.
                                After completion of the all necessary formalities and full payments Ms. Subarna Shaw, Executive Cox and Kings on 04th of September 2019 took our original passports for visa purpose and also we filled up forms for visa. I also submitted my income proof, Income tax return documents, employers NOC for travelling etc. according to their instructions.

                                After coming across different media News we have started following up with the above said staffs and they shown reluctant attitude and tried to create an impression that as our tour date is in the later part of October so we need not to be worried and issues are only with European countries. Furthermore when I directly wrote a mail to Cox And Kings Central grid team on 9th of October 2019 Mr. Neville Mistry wrote on behalf of company and confirmed that the said tour is now stand cancelled.

                                We are in a great mental disquiet and anxiety as we don’t know the fate of the amount of Rs. 2, 32, 743/-paid for the tour .

                                I am running to pillar to post, however not getting any solutions.

                                  As a part of the employee engagement program for our company, we had purchased the travel vouchers from cox and kings and they assured guarantee on services, but sorry to say, these guys have a pathetic service towards customers.

                                  In spite of so many reminders and calls, there is no response from cox and kings we had request the cancelletions of vouchers and to initiate the refund till date there is no response

                                    We have booked andaman nicobar tour booking id 1114302 for 4 persons and paid full amount at their ahmedabad franchise office. Person mr. Manak panchal who came and booked our tour is not responding and came to know that he has left the company. Upon constant followup in whatsapp he has given number of mrs. Seena jacob. I have contacted seena madam and she replied to contact mr. Anil jacob. I met him yesterday at his bodakdev office and discussed in detail regarding position of our tour. He has told me that he will try to talk to higher authorities in cox and kings today and revert back with status today. He has also conveyed me that there is problem and you might have to book return tickets mumbai to port - blair. I don't know how to put trust in big companies also. Request to provide vouchers and tickets or else please refund our money.

Now the deutsche bank says the money has been remitted to cox & kings account. Kindly return the amount to my south indian bank account number [protected], ifsc code : sibl0000368. Expect and urgent action in this matter.
