Raja Enterprises — Cylinder not delivered yet

Dear Sir,

I have shifted my house locally, from J.P. Nagar to MEI Layout on 19.02.2012 since, then I am struggling to get the LPG cylinder which is in my mother's name. I took my mom not less than 10 times to their Office at Peenya 1st Stage, Near Police station. sometimes this document is not there other time some other document is not there. No body is replying properly. I requested them my mom is 63 years old, please do the needful on priority basis. But no body listen to me. Neverthe less after so much of struggling, at last I have successfully transrer the cylinder in new address and got the confirmation on 30.03.2012. Nex day only I as per their request I have booked the CYLINDER but till now it is not delivered to my address. It is almost 45 days over now they are tellling the cylinder willbe delivered only after 15 days of booking.

On 30th itself they said, immediately book the cylinder, we will get it delivered within two days. I personally went to their office on 02.04.2012 again requested the official said it will be delivered today only. But unfortunately it is not delivered. Today again when I contacted the official said it will take another 15 days. nothing can be done, go and complaint wherever you want.

please help me in this regard.
