[Resolved]  Rajasthan gramin bank — Delay in clearing the cheque

Sir
i have deposited a cheque in my Rajasthan gramin bank, Branch Bari (Dholpur) Rajasthan account on dated near by 17 apr 2009.
Checque was from Syndicate bank, Branch dhaula kuan, New Delhi
Bank has delayed to clear the cheque. Bank has not cleared the cheque till now. today one manth is over.
What should i do to punish the bank or their staff.
