not paying the balance amount of loan

we take edicational loan from rajasthan gramin bank of bharatpur jawahar nagar branch.we paid addmission fees on own basis rs, 60000 bank said first u paid then we santion the ur loan.we paid first then bank said its wrong.u first take demand draft from us then paid....now bank dont give the amount of 60000 rs. say we dont paid.plz help us...

Delay in clearing the cheque

i have deposited a cheque in my Rajasthan gramin bank, Branch Bari (Dholpur) Rajasthan account on dated near by 17 apr 2009.
Checque was from Syndicate bank, Branch dhaula kuan, New Delhi
Bank has delayed to clear the cheque. Bank has not cleared the cheque till now. today one manth is over.
What should i do to punish the bank or their staff....
