[Resolved]  RAM — he is not vacating my flat

good morning sirji,

i have given my flat on rental basis while i am giving my flat i have told to agent and tenant i am trying to sell my flat i can't say how much time it will takes they agree now i have sold my flat i have given verbal notice period to him he agree for that now he is deny to vacant flat i want some cash to vacant flat i have given brokerage everything i have no money, you have received so much amount against sale of your flat we are very poor so give me some cash to take flat on rental basis, after discussion we have given complaint to society they suggest we will give acknowledgement copy to you go to police station and give complaint to them we done that also but station in-charge told you have give legal notice the tenant after that also he will not vacant we take action, in this regards can u guide me what to do it is lengthy procedure.
