after i lost my patience and trust on seventymm.com ,i m here to complaint about them regarding my refund.i found you are the best and you can solve my problem sir my name is ram, i ordered for a product from seventymm.com on 08th dec 2012,,and its id is 0496613,after a week they said that product is not available & we are going to refund the amount"they told that we did transition for refund on dec 19th of 2012 with a transition id [protected] ,they are saying that we transfer the amount on 19th december 2012,but i hadn't received the amount till now ,as they asked i mailed bank statements also,containing transitions from the date of my payment to till the date ,but they people are repeating the same, saying that we refund the amount, ,i shown the bank statements also,they asked me to contact bank customer people .i made call to seventymm.com 100's of times sir ,after a long struggle and force they mailed a transition slip containing transition id without any account name or number.i asked sbh (my account) bank people they said money was not transferred in you account, as per their guidance or request i mailed bank statements to [protected]@seventymm.com ,but now also they are saying that money was transferred please contact bank people ,there is no sign of transition in statements,,, .sir.....bank people saying where is the account number in the transition slip,really these people sending a unknown number telling that it is transition id, there is no bank account number or name........2 month over till no money in my hand l ,my humble request,please solve this problem sir its a mateer of 7600rs sir,as i am a student not able to concentrate on studies also . thank you sir HERE IS THE SHOPPING NOTIFICATION SIR Email us: [protected]@seventymm.com Order Status At Your Fingertips!
