This complaint is against Rushmi Builders - Mumbai, We have booked a flat in 2005 for which the possition was to be given in mar 2007 ie 37 months delay, however they have not yet finished the constructuction work.
We are staying in a rented house paying 9000/- per month. according to this for 37 mths. we have made additional rent of rs.3,33000 so far.
It is only we who are suffering ? & not the builders.
we want to get this rent money from them or a flat in the same bulding as compensation .!!!!! Was this information helpful? |
