Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pls note we hav booked a flat with rashi builders in vasai .where dey had agreed in the agreement papers the posseion in december 2010.but till date ie march 2011 there is no progess in there work( due to some internal strike of labours) also note we get no proper response from thier office.They either do not pick up the calls or do not respond.
Pls suggest us wht to do in such case as we are suffering as we hav taken a loan plus we are paying rent of our rental flat..
