I book flat in pink city in naigaon, It was told that the possesion will be in 2012 Dec but the flat was ready in 2014.now the real drama the flat is not fix from inside there tell me that it will take time it just few days work but there are taking a lot of time almost month, how can someone fix broken tiles when its broken ppl...I will file case on them if this continue its real harassment ...dont guy waste yr money with them dam service...

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pls note we hav booked a flat with rashi builders in vasai .where dey had agreed in the agreement papers the posseion in december 2010.but till date ie march 2011 there is no progess in there work( due to some internal strike of labours) also note we get no proper response from thier office.They either do not pick up the calls or do not respond.
Pls suggest us wht to do in such case as we are...

This complaint is against Rushmi Builders - Mumbai, We have booked a flat in 2005 for which the possition was to be given in mar 2007 ie 37 months delay, however they have not yet finished the constructuction work.
We are staying in a rented house paying 9000/- per month. according to this for 37 mths. we have made additional rent of rs.3,33000 so far.
It is only we who are suffering ? & not the builders.
