mycomplaint is very simple for gentle persons when i telephone to booking cylinder i receive the voice message saying that this line is busy try after some time whenever I telephone same answer is repeating i do not know wheather they were doing purposefully T avoid crowdy or themselne they sit comfortabaly in off for relax/enjoying by gosiping /chating with friends if it is true they were belongs t animal categoryand no grade t be given once again i advise them t rectified themselves t improve and give better service t public and attend thephone calls and respond t publics

every time when i book for a gas cylinder thru this RASHMI GAS AGENCY, i need to give them follow up calls.then only they will deliver the cylinder.really its a very hectic work to remind them, some times they won't give proper answer.they will say this after noon we r delivering, but they won't do.iam getting headache with these people.i never saw this kind of worst agency in my life time.finally the fellow who comes to deliver the gas cylinder will ask 50 ruppes extra for doing his job
