Rashmi Gas Agency — Delay in delivery of LPG cylinder

I booked a cyliner on 06/03/2010 and haven't received it till today, 24/03/2010 even after repeatedly calling up the the distributor, Rashmi Gas Agency, KR Puram, Bangalore. Have been following up with them since last one week and everyday they assure me that it'll be delivered today but noone turns up. In addition, to talk to the distributor I need to call at least 15-20 times because the receptionist there simply doesn't pick up the phone. Earlier I was with Prateek Gas Agency and didn't have any problems whatsoever. The service of Rashmi Gas Agency is just pathetic.... Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Rashmi Gas Agency — Transfer of Gas agency

My customer No. 25806

Since January 2008 have changed my residence from KR Puram to Vivek nagar, i am need of transferring gas agency.
Last one year, i have been visiting Rashmi gas agency in every three month to get transfer done. Each time i visit they say silly reason such as owner is not there, printer is not working, transfer form is not there and so on. Even if i phone them before visiting, they are not answering to the phone call.

I have been suffering lot.

I am not able to get it transferred with the company staff as they answer arrogantly and stupidly. So I am requesting you to do needful.

RASHMI DISTRIBUTORS — Delay in delivery

The gas refil is never delivered on time. SMS booking is for the name sake. The company does not even consider it. I booked the gas on 11th March by SMS. i received a message text that the booking is accepted. Next i called on 22nd March to book the gas when i didn't receive it yet. They said it will be delivered soon. On 25th we called again that the gas is not delivered, the person speaking on the phone started argueing and shouting at us. It is 28th and we haven't received the gas yet. The people from the company never talk properly over the phone. the Complaint lines are also never reachable. The people from the rashmi distributors never listen to us and just put down the phone immediately after receiving the customer id. infact the last time when we called the distributors the person even threatened that they would send the gas late just because we wanted them to send it early and demanded them.
