[Resolved]  Rashmi Gas Agency — NON DELIVERY OF LPG

Dear Sir ,

I am frustrated with the service Rashmi Gas Agency near K.R puram railway station . my consumer number is 36729 , Bharat gas connection , every time i will call to the office they will tell that today it will be delivered but they dont do it i have to call more then 20 -30 times for a week time ,its a serious issue these people is not providing good service to the customer its really horrible.

Rashmi Gas Agency — Gas not Delivering after repeated bookings

Dear Sir

This is in regard to a gas booking which I have made 3 weeks back.The agent which iIhave booked through has been changed by the gas aganecy and a new agent has taken over.But even after repeated calls they are not delivering the refill cylinders and we are stuck in a situation where to go and approach for a help in getting our refill.If we make a call to the gas agency or the agent no one won't pick up the call.Our connection is residing in the RESHMI GAS agency of KR puram for Bharath gas.

Please help us in getting this trouble overcome.

Rashmi Gas Agency — Non Delivery Of Gas Cylinder In Spite of Booking-14/03/2009

Dear Sir /Mam

We booked the cylinder on 14/3/2009 & still not got a cylinder when we call up to the gas agency they say tday tomm and finally we dont get the gas.And this is going on from quite along time.they say manager is not there load is not come and wat not we are really frustrated af the entire situation.
The Gas booked is in my husbands name.Please do the needfull.

Rashmi Gas Agency — Non delivery, Poor service

I would like to complain about the poor quality of Service by the Distributor 'Rashmi Gas Agency, KR Puram', Bangalore .
I booked a cylinder on 14th May, 2009. ( Booking no 3476)As usual, they informed that the Cylinder will be delivered after 10 days.
As usual, when they did not deliver after 10 days, I had to make repeated calls (each call wastes atleast half an hour of my time since getting connected to the phone numbers takes ages) Each time I am told that the cylinder will be delivered that day itself, but is never delivered. ) Today is 6th June and I still have not got the cylinder. On callng the number[protected] at around 12:30 noon ), I was asked to call back after 10 minutes, when I insisted that they listen to my complaint, the lady just put the reciever down and ignored my call for 10 minutes before hanging up.

This is not the first time I am facing this problem. This is repeated each time I book a cylinder.

This type of careless attitude towards customers is not at all tolerable and I insist that some action should be taken against this kind of service .

Rashmi Gas Agency - Bharat Gas — Delay in LPG gas delivery

I have booked LPG gas cylinder refill on 10th Sep-10. Rashmi Gas agnecy told me to deliver it within 10 days (this itself is extended period). But even now (29th Sep.) after 2 calls to their office everyday for last 8 days, they are not delivering.
This is the worst agency I have seen. No one is there to listen to a customer's problem. I don't know how Bharat Gas gived distributorship to such a crook and un-ethical people.

Rashmi Gas Agency — No one response for phone continuous ringing

I want to book gas cylinder. From one week i am continuously trying the number 28603244 and 28602090. no response from Rashmi Gas Agency. Number will be engage or if it ringing no one pick phone. Not able to understand what the problem in their office.

This problem is not only this time, every month same problem repeats.

I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful.
