My uncle has made a fraud ration card on owr property, it means 2 ration cards in 1 room. He has added my name as his son. and now he has cancelled it by his ahnd not formally cancelled by ration atuhorities. i have brought this fraud to ration authorities in mumbai santacruz east off. no action is yet taken. kindly guide me the legal process to file a sute against my uncle.

My Mother has purchased a room in Antop Hill, mumbai. She has got new ration card from ration office for the same. We have submitted old ration card for the same. But, by mistake, they have mentioned my age as 14 years (Which is showing in old ration card) where as my present age is 29 years.
Iam working 6 days a week. So, do not have enough time to visist the ration office. Ration officers are saying that there is no need to worry about the age mentioned in new ration card.
Kindly Suggest on this.

Iam rationcard is missing for two months before. new apply for rationcard in my taluka. no respect intwo months pleasse solution
iam ration card isoctober mont hof missing. already new apply ration card in november do not in not for recediving please details.

i agree with Mr. Kamaludeen Shaikh, Yesterday i visit same ration office and Mr. Shelke treating like beggar me. he ask me for 10 xerox copies of Form No. 1 and when i say no... then he show me the website and say form is available here... and very next day same form available in front of xerox shop of ration shop at Rs. 5/-, the real cost of form is Rs. 2/-, but the lady seating to counter is told me, i[censored] want form then you have to pay Rs. 5/=...

For the past 10 years the rationshop owner of my area blackmarket Kerosene, Grain and groceries.
When we approach the Owner for our ration quota, he always come with the excuse that the ration is over and will have to wait for another week. When the next week comes then he has to say that we had called ration officer and still not received the quota for his ration.
As there is a period which comes between 01-15 of each month which is when we receive the first quota for ration and after this period is over the Owner has to say since we are late he cant help.
I have seen with my own eyes he blackmarket kerosene, grain to people who buy monthly for a certain amount of sum which is more than the ration price.
Inspite request to government officers they pay no heed .
His address is Vishnu Stores, Azad Nagar, CTS 3321 120/2 Malvani, Malad West, Mum-95
Is there someone who can hear our cries as there is no other alternative to cook our food.

I am a resident of Dadar. my mom lost the name cancelation recipt that was accepted by them and told me to do NOC for the same now i did dat n went to the officer again then they told to make an AFFIDIVIT that ur mom is no name any where in MUMBAI & even outside mumbai i even did that now they are Rejecting to accept even this I am for sure the officer is ourropted & i want t lodge a complaint of him & He is never on time n surely not eligible for the post an arrogent officer so far

IAM FROM THIRUVANANTHAPURAM AT KERALA, HERE IN THE RASION STORE THE WORKER IS TAKING THE RICE, WHEAT FLOUR etc.. GIVEN BY GOVERNMENT TO THE POOR PEOPLES & HE IS GIVING IT TO THE HIGH CLASS PEOPLES FOR HIGH RATE. WHEN POOR PEOPLES GO FOR RICE HE IS SAYING RICE IS OUT OF STOCK, BUT WHEN HIS FRIENDS AND HIGH CLASS PEOPLES COME HE WILL GIVE THEM EVERYTHING THEY WANT, I HAD SEEN THIS MANYTIMES. DUE THIS SOMEPEOPLES IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD DIDN`T EAT ANYTHING FOR DAYS. THEY HAD NO MONEY TO BUY COSTLY RICE...
PLEASE SUGGEST A SOLUTION FOR THIS...
