Dear Sir,

I expect a strict action against the offenders of the law sitting in public offices only thinking that the public is the source of income for them other than the salary provided to them, recently most of the ration card were cancelled and the normal public were facing the problems i also had a problem, the authorities took seven months only to get a sign for a normal application in which we require the signature to get the card started.
These people are charging[protected] to issue a new card and[protected] to add a name in the card. if we have all the documents ready why are we required to pay the amount, only because the govt is not strict against such offrenders we as a public do have certain financial problems that is the reason we have to take the eatable items from the ration office, I reside at andheri and my ration office is at andheri station, i had been over there the person over there dont care about the person his financial background and straight away demand money from them if we dont have money to pay them the ration card is not cancelled and cant be renewed or started, i also after paying 2000 rs. got my card started, and if certain problem arises in the card we are feared if the card gets cancelled and if we dont get the ration we could not afford to get nthe foodgrains which are costlier, how can a normal person manage who is earning 100-200 rs in a day, this is how mumbai is dieing day by day, i expect a strict legal action against the offenders but sad to say writing a complaint and writing a blog does not have much effect on the persons in the top level, bcoz they are safe and eating safe and the best quality, so why is this to the poorer section of the society, if this thing does not change it will create a great problem in the society, the richer section never takes the foodgrains from the govt it is only the need of the middle class and the lower middle class so why are they charged for the things which they should get.

My personal experience was very disguisting with the officers i dont want to name, but if each and every person who is middle class has the same problem it can create a social problems among the people,
