I had submited all the necessary Documents at ration card office (MTNL Andheri (east) for ration card updation in the month of september 2020 till now june 2021 we are not getting ration. All the elderly and heartpatient at home very difficult to travel and waste whole day in queue very pathetic service each and every sector people wants bribe what the use of all the yojana when needy people doesn't get it's benifit....

Kindly provide with more counters at Andheri Ration office(ar rather every government office). We understand there is high population but having only 1 counter working for only 4 hours in a day is certainly not enough.
