I, MD SHAHABUDDIN. have BPL card including my borther and sister, but our ration supplier not provided every week full ration i.e sugar, wheat and rice, many times we get sugar one month and 2 month and the quality of wheat and rice is unable to eatable for animals then how can it possible for human
