I want to complain regarding the fair price shop in my district, they are forcefully selling rice with onion .i.e they say if you want rice then you have to take onion 3 kg that also rotten bad smell onion, otherwise you wont get the rice, since many people dont eat onion and garlic as thier choice /relgious point of view in my locality ., moreover they said it is thir boss' order to sell onion with rice.
many people get offended with their behaviour.
also this is the first time we are getting bad quality onion, in nagaland we get only rice afterall but other states are getting sugar, oil, potato, , , i think internal parties are involved in it for their corruption.
take necessary action against the fair price owner in nagaland, dist -dimapur 797112 at the earliest

I wish to draw your kind attention towards the malpractices and gross violation of Delhi government norms by Fair price shop No. 8674, R S Store, located in Block No. 10, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi:110037 run by one Raj Kumar who is violating the norms of social distancing of the FPS consumers. There is very little space in this residential locality even to walk freely whereas Mr Raj Kumar is running a fair price shop and there is a mad rush of people to this shop during the day time to get hold of at least some food grains because he is hoarding and selling the items meant for public distribution, in black market. Since the valid ration card holders don’t get the food grains they are entitled to from tis shop, there is always mad rush and utter chaos to get the same once the shop is opened. In the night, when there is no movement on road, Shri Raj Kumar, owner of the FPS No.8674 is secretly loading the FPS stock of wheat and other PDS items in trucks and sending them away. Actually, the theft, hoarding and black marketing of food grains by Mr Raj Kumar needs to be thoroughly investigated without any further delay. Secondly, it is to be noted that this Fair price shop is located right in the middle of the residential locality which is adding to all the trouble. It is therefore requested that the above mentioned FPS No. 8674, Messrs R S Store, Mahipalpur should be closed down immediately or shifted elsewhere as it has become a constant nuisance for the innocent residents of Block No. 10, Mahipal pur Extension.
It is also requested that an inspection may please be carried out immediately and stringent action may be taken against the Shopkeeper of FPS No.8674 for indulging in criminal activities like hoarding and black marketing of food grains meant for public distribution and refusing to issue food grains even to valid card holders. He has thus amassed huge wealth disproportionate to his income through such fraudulent activities when many innocent public are dying of hunger and starvation. This was already brought to your kind notice but no action has been taken.
For urgent intervention and necessary action, please.

Everytime i go for grains at the ration shop near me.. They create a drama of the server is not responding and the machine is not working... They have 3 machines then also not supporting..

Due to covid-19 government as offered to give us some free supply which we highly appreciate. Later when i went to the shop to collect the supply he said only dal is available and no oil. Then i just collected the dal and told him to bill that but he billed for oil too which he didn't even inform me. This morning i recieved a message stating that i have received all the supplies where i didn't get the oil. When my brother went to ask him regarding that he got tensed and stated that i'll throw the oil on your face, take them home. As a government servant how can he degrade us like that does government provide free supplies just to throw them on our face. I hope my complaint reach the right official and proper action is taken on that person who disrespect the citizen of india just because he is an government employee.

We are currently leaving in hyd. Due to covid 19, govermnt has declared that, who are holding with white ration card will be eligible to get 12kgs of rice per each person. When we went take they ration they said it is already handovered on april 4th 2020 in nizamabd area. Shop number 1881003 and it was given to bharti. No one is their from our family naming with bharathi. How they will give our ration to some one else. This is really ridiculous.

All small products without printed MRP in the product, can sell at own brain MRP
For example-Rice, packing wheat, packed red mirch packet etc.

We are apl ration card holder. And we more then 4 times go our ration shop for ration but the shopkeeper says everytime we have not any order for apl card holders. So where we go. We'll try to contact out conciliar but he/she don't get our call. Please action fast because many people face food issue and ration issue...
And any municipal office or tehsildar office don't help..

In my street ration shop:no:lk036, big bazzar street near periya pallivasal, ration shop incharge mr. Anand,
He is compuling everyone to buy non ration products... If v refuse he is shouting us and saying go n complain anywhere i'm not afraid of any1. Headoffice gave permission for us to sell such things so.. Go and complain in collector office also... He didn't issue nearly 200 smart cards.. He kept himself and using illegally... Also if people buy their product as dey want, they give ration products for 2 r 3 cards to a single person... They are saying we didn't get salary for past 2months so head office allowed to sell such things so v r not afraid.. Go ahead and complain anywhere he is mentioning.

Whenever we visit the store ration store the dealer geetha is being rude towards me and other all people who visit to the store. Store details (Fair price shop no 10-smt, geeta stores (Bln185) bangalore 560045. Dealer is threatening that she will cancel the ration card if we request to speak politely to senior citizens.

This ration shop located in dharavi where the people are mostly unaware of their rationing rights. This store keepers always gives excuses that their e pos machine is not working or don't have sufficient ration and due to this people here don't get their ration and the stay unfulfilled of their fooding needs....

Irregularity of ration shop and selling ration in black market is common in india and such practices are often done by many and one the ration dealer is in our colony. What he does is actually he sells good in open market. We are from uttarakhand and once we have gone to the market to make health card and the shopkeeper has checked some details and told us that many useless names were added in your ration card and we just 4 in family across 6-7 names were added. He just bring extra ration by malpractices and sells in black market he also give less ration to the people.in our area there is no sugar and pulses given but in dehradun there is and one important thing actually it is not his shop it is his brother shop but actually he sits and run the shop. He does not know how to operate laptop much given by government his brother came and does the entries and rest of the days he sits and he is very irregular and just opens 3-5 days in a month he does not use proper weighing machine what to do.in india everything around is hazardous to poor do someone also listen of poors. Please help.

Iam here to complaint about the ration shop located in puthukudyiruppu, vadessery, nagercoil, kanyakumari dist - 629001, tamil nadu

Ration is not provided properly. The quality of rice is very poor. We do not get oil and other stuffs on time. The shop is closed often for their personal reasons.
Senoir citizens are given no respect and made to stand in sunlight for long time. Kindly the officials visit the place to see the quality of the product.
Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

I'm residing in old tirupachur,
In our area ration shop (Old tirupachur)-631203 the guys working are not providing right quantitiy of ration supplies, they theft certain quantity of supplies from every consumer. For example they supply only 1 to 1.5kg sugar only but they charged for 2kg. The message from ax-tnepds tells that we received 2kg of sugar but we really not. When we asked them they started fighting with us (Thru words) saying that, my machine shows only 1.5 kg of sugar only, i[censored] want to know detail explanation about this "go to taluk office and ask". And also they are treating consumers badly (Using curse words). I don't know where to complaint this fraud. And this is not only the first time happening in our ration shop. We doubt that they are making illegal money in black market through something which belongs to the public. We request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.

Ration shop — timing

I would like to draw your attention to a serious matter that the ayyam patti (Thiruverumbur taluk) ration shop is not working properly according to the working hours. The shop will be closed at the working hours and if opened he will be closed early. The owner of the ration shop has many other businesses and is fully involved in those businesses, and so he has no time open the ration shop on time. Kindly do something as soon as possible to clear this problem of all the miet ayyampatti village people…

They never come on time take leave without a proper reason they have rude behavior towards consumer, they have so many excuses to run far from their duty like (Server error without even switching on computer, i am busy etc. They don't have any fix date to distribute ration. And very major thing they very rude behavior we can't tolerate this anymore please do something.

I am citizen of anantapur 515001, in our colony i. E. Buddappa nagar the ration shop dealer is not giving proper items, they are saying to purchase more than 200 rupees then they will give the rice and other items.
Poor people how they purchase all the items. The shop no. 1285087 this is the number the dealer shop.
One of the worest government they dont know to whom the shop to give.
Rice was not giving, if we purchase more than 200 rupees then they will give us.
In rice weightage the govt give us 25 kgs of rice, but the shop dealer gives only 17-18 kgs of rice only. This is the suitation in anantaput, buddappa nagar, near servapalli radha krishna school, 515001.

I also would like to make a complaint on the employees. Dealer muthu is always consuming gutkas and sitting to enter the bill and also smoking. They are also forcing us to buy non govt products like atta, soap, rava, shampoos. If we are not willing to buy these, they are threatening us and not giving the govt. Products.

Here in the village, governmnet employees and above 6lack income peoples also getting ration with the help of Delaer (M.nagaswarao). So much of fraud is going on his ration shop only. I don't know why the CIVIL Suppliers team didn't check these issues.

For example, One govt(Muncipal employee D.RAMSH BABU ) family have white ration card, his elder second name added in his first son family, his first son geetiing salalry above 7lacks, then why the team issued White ration card, please check once, like that so many unknow Rationcards are there in Purushothampatnam.

Im form kumbakonam, mothilal street, our area ratiom shop dealer forced the people to non government and unnecessary products to us like soap, corn flour, maize flour... Etc. If we not buy those goods he is not giving us government products like sugar, rice, oil.. Etc. He forces us to buy those goods to us. So plz take necessary action against him. Thank you.

I want to say that the dealer in my village whose name is satpal singh is not providing us government facility which is in form of wheat. He is saying that your name has been cutted from list by giving useless excuses and moreover he is doing black market of wheat.

Complaint regarding biometric problem improper timings. They are not working proper timings they are working whenever they are free I am from village Reddypalem citizen I am post graduate IIT Madras . jarugumalli mandal prakasam andhrapradesh my family took ration 6th July from shop that day biometric didnot work and after that tried but they are not working times. If you are not giving I have to complaint other departments.

I am citizen of pamidi, Anantapur Dist., in our village nearly 10 Ration shops are available to the poor people. Here I am mainly complaining on the weightage of the Rice and Timings to serve the needy.
Rice is nearly shortage of 3-4 kgs.
They are doing infront of the people, directly they are placing 1 kg stone on weighing scale, and some dealers are very intelligent in their passion. They(dealers)...

Respected sir iam a citizen of india and i have ration card iam in tirupur, recently i register my mobile number in ration card so that i found the crime and i have the audio proof also.
now i describe about the crime, i did't brought sugar from ration store but i received message from ration i bought 2kg sugar for rs 27 on 3rd may so i asked about that to ration staff on 4th may then he promise me to give sugar on 6th may but he does not do that.
then today also i received a message from ration that i brought rise 20 kg but i did't bought anything from ration store .please take action about that.
i identify that crime while i register my number but before that how we know about that crime, please take action on it.
from one card he take rise, sugar and etc... what about all cards please stop the crime most of people did't know about that,
then ration staff said there is no stack to give rise and etc.. but lot of people did't bought so what about the stack of those things..

My name is ...And I am a consumer in ration shop, circle no.7, shop no.704 located in near Sai Baba temple, Uday Nagar, Banjara hills, Hyderabad-34.i am observing from nearly 4 months, I didn't take kerocine from 4 months.but he listed in the kirocine in his system (ATM type machine) and my dad phone gets alert of taking kirocine from govt. Of Telangana.from 4 to 5 months we didn't took kirocine.i am a graduate student.infront of me he listed kirocine.thats why myself arrives you. And many scams happened in that shop cooking oil 70 instead of 50.salt 15 rupees(as best of my knowledge). Thanking you. Yours sincerely indian

If so, for example, say in a family with 7 members have a ration card.
Out of which 2 members married and went to foreign countries and also do not have aadhaar card for them.
Because there is no necessity for them till they return to India.
The Tamilnadu Government asking the aadhaar number for everyone of them to issue a smart card for the entire family.
In this case, two person went to foreign. What should they do if they don't have the aadhaar number for foreign workers?
whether the Government will issue the smart card for the rest of the people by rejecting the foreign workers or the family should remove the foreign workers name from the ration card ????
If so, how can a family would show this ration card for proof of membership in a family ????

We have not got any ration goods for the month of February 2017. But, we received a message saying that we have got ration products in our registered mobile number. Card is with us.There is no possibility of card misuse. So it is the Ration shop workers who have misused our card number.

Kindly look into this issue as early as possible. We are common people and have no way to reach higher authorities.
