[Resolved]  RCM — ATM

Spending Rs. 160/- I applied for opening an account in the company to receive my commission and also to avail insurance coverage of Rs. 200000/-, but alas! I am cheated and looted. One year is over but I still did not get neither ATM nor any papers related to my application. Whose mistake is this? Is it upliners or company's?
