[Resolved]  R&d C.c.s Ltd Bharat Gas Agency Aundh Pune — Late Delivery and Rude Behaviour of staff

I am a working women living in Aundh area of Pune. Sir, I am a consumer of Bharat Gas since last 10 years with a number 30420 with M/s R&D CCS ltd., Shop No.1 Gol Market, Armament Colony Pune 411007. I have booked for a refill on 18th April 2012 on telephone with them and was given 51 as my waiting number and was told me that the cylinder will be supplied within 7-8 days. But so far I have not received any cylinder. I am contacting them on telephone every alternate day and was told every time that the cylinder will be supplied on same day itself. I think till today I have heard this at least 10-12 times but with no result. Please note is very difficult to contact them. They don’t pick up phones and they are very rude in talking.
