[Resolved] Reader Digest — Not Received Copy of subscription | |||
I got email from [protected]@monsterindia.com in my gmail and it was showing reader digest win prize advertisement. I clicked on link and followed steps and finally i had made payment of Rs 549 and i got error page after successful payment on 8 feb 2013. i used my credit card. :( Today is 22 Feb 2013 and i still not received any copy of reader digest subscription. I received below emails from reader digest but nothing received. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Dear Mr. Gohel, Thank you for your e-mail. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Tried to contact you at PH- [protected] but we were unable to get through. We would like to inform you that your subscription has commenced w.e.f. issue dated January’13 to be valid till issue dated December’13 against the subscription number RD[protected]. However, we have now arranged a replacement against the issues January’13 & February’13, which should reach you by registered post within 7-10 working days. We request you to kindly bear with us in the interim and confirm on receipt of the same. &nbs p; ; In case of any further difficulty with your Digest subscription, please drop us a line referring to this email and your subscription reference number, to enable us to check and do the needful. reader digest — about lucky draw
few minth month ago, i had receaved a letter .in which wrote that you have won a lot reward.but did not happened this type of any event .please send informatin regarded this at my e_mail भूल जाओ

I was supposed to receive the magazine from July onwards, but I have received none.I paid the VPP amount for the gift parcel. I have also sent letters to the company at Noida, and also sent a fax to the attention of Mr. Vikas Malhotra, but I have not received any reply from them.
I did not expect this service from a renowned publication like Reader' Digest.

i reji punnoose informing you that, i am not yet received any copy of readers digest. i send money order in the month november.can you send the details of the subcription? please as soon as possible do inform me. Can someone please send me email of higher authorities to whom we can send our complaints on, seems this company is totally fraud I have also paid 549 Rs couple of months ago but yet not received any subscribed copy of RD, every time I received a email from them that they are sending me copy and free gift but nothing as of now.
