I have not been keeping record of my orders and suddenly i find that i was asked to pay for a book which i did not order and i paid part of it erroneously considering that i may have ordered it, but when i was asked to pay the balance a larger sum i saw my collection and found that they have forced it on me.

I think this should be avoided and good record keeping and integrity should be maintained.
I have subscribed to RD.
I think erroneously i sent the money twice and in the bargain i am getting two issues every month under the following Regd No:

11-MI -309 - RD[protected]/0-1205
10-RDIN09-RD[protected]/1-1304

Please send me only one copy and extend my subscription period against the extra money paid by me.

Hi all

Same thing happened to me in Feb 12 for Rs.249 Stuff which i paid using netbanking and i have received two reminders to pay, with a new bill number every time, and again a packet received in June 12. for book amounting to Rs.678, which I have not ordered.

They periodically sent some tricky letters, to assure about your "sure reservation to winning huge amount of money if you revert immediately", alongwith some catalog of product to order from, always gave option to leave product order while reverting, if someone wants to participate in lottery without ordering .

They adopt all means to confuse you in all manners like asking you to affix stickers to return letter, scratch a silver quoted area to find number etc. etc.

And finally customer found himself duped when he receive a package with bill inside, which surely he had not ordered (but still confused whether he/she accidently clicked on product form in reply letters sent earlier.

It seems that RD is a group of peoples who are very clever to take advantage of psychology of human being. And making money as they know that any one will pay the amount in confusion.

RD has lost respect in my view. (i am really fed up with these letters - i started dumping them as i receive them )

Users may google to know that RD is doing similar activities in other countries too.

Thanks
