I too have a same experience and I was promised to get the stable internet connection while i was taking Readylink connection. But within a month, I had a lot of trouble & internet was keep on disconnecting, that's too very often after 7PM till midnight. As i am working from home, I need to be online always. As the connection is not stable, I am thinking to move to another ISP soon. Strongly I would like to advise to all who wish to take Readylink connection that Readylink is not a good option & go for another ISP.
The broadband often disconnects and there is no response from them.
I think there is no proper team defined in ready link. The "WORST" broadband service I have ever seen.
Don't opt for ready link under any circumstances!!!

READYLINK — poor support
Hiwhen ever I call the customer care I never get the proper answer.and they asking lot of questions.but problem will never solve.
They will not register my complaint.I called yesterday night 11:04Pm they register the complaint today 06:51am.
Readylink broadband is the worst Internet service in coimbatore.
1. The broadband is a wireless broad band service. When I applied for a connection I was promised no disconnections and good speed.
2. Problems started with frequent disconnections(no signal for every 10 mins)
3. ISP throttling online gaming, torrent.
4. Customer care talks nonsense and keeps mentioning that only I have all the issues I complain and all other customers are experiencing a good connection(lying sons of ). When everything crosses limits, customer care starts to act smart saying "I[censored] want no disconnections take a lease line" which would costs me around 5k for 1 mbps connection.
5. My advice is not to avail for this broadband. I[censored] are already facing the issue cancel the connection.

It is very good internet service provider in coimbatore. The speed is amazing. i am receiving 18mbbs till FUP(Fixed Usage plan) after that i am receiving 500 kbbs constantly. It is much better than other networks.

I am new to Ready-Link connection just took 10days before, experiencing so much problem in their speed and connection.
One time they are saying fiber cable damaged and next time they saying due to rain fiber cable getting problem!
Their speed is also not constant so much fluctuations in their connection.
I got two connections, one for CCTV camera for home and one for my office. Both connected via Dlink WIFI Router. They saying problems with router causing speed issues, But I am having DIR 600M 150 Mbps speed WiFi Router.
I don't know what to say about their support? How many of you facing issues with ReadyLink services.

Good internet services provider in Coimbatore
Superb service provider. Customer service was excellent. I got my connection with a day. 👌👍 For 30 Mbps plan, I am getting minimum 29 and above Mbps for each ping
No internet connectivity for more than a week :( customer care is pointing to local cable operator for power issue in cable.. not sure who shd resolve this..

Ready link internet services in Ganapathy coimbatore, very very slow.It taken 5 to 10 min to open a page. But promised that it will work fastly as it is broad band connection.
