Internet was not working for me and I see outage message even after the message the issue was not resolved it didn't work for me. I called the customer service for more than 100 times but they didn't pick and didn't even call back. I sent email and got a response after 3 hours stating the issue is resolved but it was really not resolved. Very very poor Service. Atheist they should have responder to my calls....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I am a victim of the a truly B CLASS of Internet Service Providers(ISPs) in Coimbatore called READYLINK. The internet service is not continuous and the net stops working sometimes for days together while I was required to call their customer care for help atleast ten times a month and this has no end to it. I have a couple of friends who have terminated READYLINK internet service because of the reasons...
