I agree this is totally fraud company, I am also its victim. Dont fall in their trap they have now started giving ads in times ascent every wednesday. But they will not land you anywhere. They only deposit the PDC's given by you on time, otherwise they dont bother to check your status and work on it.

This is to bring to your attention that "Real Services, Kalkaji" is totally fraud. I am also the victim of this fraud and lost good amount of money. It all happened like this:
1- Jan 2010 - I signed up for canadian PR program and paid them the initial money, and gave them all the documents in the list except the IELTS, marriage certificate and PCC. They happily took all the documents got it photocopied and promised to send me the copy of contract via courier
2- Their courier never came, i constantly followed up but all in vain.
3- They told me that they had sent via registered post and that has come back, as the address they mentioned was wrong and now they are resending it to my correct address.
4- Again nothing came to my address. In the mean time I appeared for the IELTS and collected the left over documents then I contacted them again.
5- Its really hard to get in touch with these people as their receptionist will never pickup phone rather pick the phone and bang it down again, finally i spoke to Amit one of their employees who tell me that, i have checked your file and you have not given us any document with notary attestation. However at the time of signing the contract when I handed over my documents, they took those without any complaint. Did n't they know at the begining that documents need to be attested from notary.
6- Now last month, I have told them that I am not willing to continue with their services and asked for refund, now they have sent me the letter written as third reminder, where I never got the contract, the first & second reminder and suddenly the third reminder comes asking for the document.
7- Now actually they want to prove that it was default from my end, and they were asking for the documents. So that they dont have to refund.
In short, Real Services Inc, kalkaji is fraud, led by cheap owner SD Sharma and crap employees like Mr Sk Singh, Amit or their receptionist Kanika.
Dont fell in their trap, they will not land you anywhere but fly away with your hard earned money.

Hello All,
I am one of the clients of RSI with a natural instinct of getting into the detail of the things.
Quite soon I am going to come up with information that can answer 1000 queries of a new application as well those who are already into an agreement with RSI.
I am only waiting for Mr. Sharma to revert back to me on something that makes a lot of difference to many applications lying with him for past couple of months with no progress except getting regular payment through us.

I have a complaint against real services. i filed my papers in 2009, that time Mr. Ankur said it will take 6 to 9 months or maximum 1year 4 ur visa. Now its already 2 years gone but i m still waiting 4 my file no.They are always changing their staff. firstly it was Mr. shailesh, then Mr. ankur, Mr. Amit, Mr Kanhaiya.all names already left real services.
Now Ms. Sapna is there in documentation, she dnt kno anything, she even dnt know how to talk with a client. now i realised that my draft 4 canadian high commission is not yet cleared. i check with the bank, they said ur draft is already expired. now i m in a big fix wat shud i do. its my humble request from RD Sharma, pls do something 4 me. or tell me clearly about my status.

I am one just like you who was cheated by this COMPLETELY FAKE AND FRAUD SERVICES "real services inc", I lost alot of money with them and alot of my precious time, but finally I gave up with the LOSERS and processed my case with a genuine consultant and I am a resident of Canada now, and I have contacted my lawyers out here and We have contacted the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre as they have got alot of complaints against fraud agencies in India duping people in the name of Canadian Immigration and we are providing them with all the information about "RIS" and its employees.So each and every Person who has been cheated by this losers stay in touch here and I will need all of you to attest about your fraud expreriences with "RIS".We are soon going to publish the same in the local Indian Newspaper and will call upon people who were cheated by them.So soon we should put each and everyone person affliated with this fraud company in prison, my lawyers are working towards it.

Employees were not even paid their salaries and Sharma (owner) is absconding informing police that he has gone for some surgery (i hope that is of his sick mind).
He doesnt even have sufficient money to buy clothes for his children and that is why i believe he will come back again with new staff and new lucrative schemes (Canada PR in 6 Months type) in first half of 2014. My humble request is that please get together and teach this guy a lesson for life for your hard money and time that has been wasted and to save other innocent people from his traps.

i have paid them real services kalkaji money rs.50000/ for canada visa, 2010, they have not refunded me any money till date [protected]
