[Resolved]  Red Tape — shoe damaged in 6 months only

Dear sir/mam,

I have purchased Red tape brand new shoes on 13/02/2012 from shoppers stop, shipra mall, Indirapuram, ghaziabad for Rs.2400/- approx. And by mistake the bill was misplaced by me and my shoes got damaged in foot area only in 4 months.. And i have visited shoppers stop regarding the same, but they denied that theybcant help me in this regards..

Please suggest me what to do in this case..
