Want to change colour of t shirt purchased same day

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the shoes I purchased from Red Tape. I bought a pair of shoes from Amazon India on October 13, 2023, and within 2+ months o[censored]se, the shoes net has worn out.

As a loyal customer of Red Tape and have always been satisfied with the quality of your products. However, this experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

I would like to request a replacement or a refund for the shoes. I have attached a copy of the purchase receipt for your reference. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue and restore my faith in your brand.

I purchased red tape shoes Number 9 and just after purchasing just after 5 Minutes Later I went to showroom for exchange of size from 9 to 8 but the showroom owner refused to exchange size. Company terms and conditions say that exchange is applicable for 45 days but the showroom owner is not exchanging it after even only 5 minutes of purchasing. Very bad showroom service.

I was given the wrong number of shoes. I asked for another pair for wrong pairs were packed for me

I’ve purchased a flip flop at 12th (February) after 30 days it got bubble in the patching and now it is completely torn off, so today at 24 (March)
Almost after 40 days I went at store to exchange it as I’ve still had 5 days left for my warranty to get over, store still had an excuse that they can’t do that coz it has a flat discount.

And I do remember when I was purchasing that product they said, if anything happens such as manufacturing default you can return the product in the 45 days and i still have the bill intact that says return the product if there’s any manufacturing defect, even after promising they denied to exchange it.

Red tape if your reading this please tell your sellers don’t do such false marketing to sell your product, if you can’t keep your word just say that there wouldn’t be any exchange or return simple.

Dear Sir,

I am CA Jitender Parihar bought sports shoes size 7 for Rs 1745 from your company showroom located at Rani bazar, Bikaner Rajasthan near ITO office on 26 February for my son. but when my son check at home it was large. He require 5 size shoes. When I go after 4 days for exchage than showroom manager denied to exchange with 5 number And she also misbehave me. On my about 25 minutes request he allow to exange with 6 number and also not give me differenc amount. I take 6 number shoes for Rs 1590 but still that was useless for me, because 6 size was still too large for my son. She also not give difference amount 155 and say to forgot this difference amount and absue me. Because I am aware customer I buy 3 peice pack man trunks for 525 and pay remaning amount 525-155=370 Rs in cash. That man trunks was also defectives. Next day on 03.03.2023 when I asked for change defactive man truncks but female manager of showroom say that no return, no exchange and also misbehave with me. They also not give me bill of shoes and man truncks. That man trunks was not useable for me I left that at showroom.
I want following 3 remedies from you
1. Bill of shoes and man truncks which is not get after 2 visit of showroom.
2. Exchange/ return or refund money of man trunks for RS 525.
3. Exchange 6 size shoes with 5 size.

I have purchased a redtape shoes from your redtape rdc store date on 31st Dec 2022,

After 21 days shoes is crack from back side it's a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase sales executive says me that warranty is 45 days,

Today I have send my shoes for replacement at redtape store location RDC but now store team is saying that it will repair not replace

I want to know that with in 21 days shoes is defective after more 20 days it will go out of warranty and if it's again defective who will responsible for that

I have sent a mail also before 4 days but still i have not received any update

I bought 2 sweatshirts from red tape offline store in our city on date 22/12/2022 .. one for me and one for my brother, that i bought for me was perfect but size got mismatched for my brother so i went to return the item in the store on the date 26/12/2022 .. as per the brand policy they should have taken the item within 7 days of purchase having original bill and the product with its proper tags.. everything was at their place but the store manager and the workers refused to return the item saying it that they will not return it, there is no such policy in the brand .. they told me that 2-3 another persons do came to return the product they bought but the didn't refunded them the money .. they are faking the people by creating their own rules .. even i showed up them official brand refund policy that we could return an item within 7 days of buying the product, but they were not returning back the item .. this is totally a fraud with me .. i have all original bill of the product .. kindly take action against them so they could not fake the people on their rights .. they are frauding with all

Red tape is charging extra for their own carry bags. When we told them that they should give it for free then they told us that "the bag is with their branding so they can charge".

I purchased red tape shoes from myntra in July it's only been two months an shoes r getting torned from top an it's cracked.

I purchased a pair of formal shoes (Red Tape). The shoe was used very infrequently but in 2nd or 3rd time o[censored]se, it was evident that they're was a defect in the piece resulting in a squeaking sound while walking. I even went to the Red Tape store to look for the solution, where the representative agreed about the manufacturing defect the shoe sole had but requested to route the complaint through customer care. The response from customer care was very disappointing as even after sending the video (showing the pair making squeaking noise while walking) they denied the issue completely and closed the complaint.

I have ordered shows and track pant which i have paid online already but i want cancel the order its been so many days I have been trying to contact redtape.com thru mail and calls but no one response call or email reply i need to file complaint against the company to refund my money.

I have brought two t shirts from redtape showroom (nangloi, delhi).after my first use the some problem came ahead.multiples issues came from this black t shirt.This brand is no more trusted to me.the stiching quality is very poor, thread came out, seam broken, pilling can be seen on shoulders.i will underate this product. Redtape should improve its product quality.

Shoes has brushhed and showroom is not changing my shoes. Shoes are under warranty.

Cosmo plaza very unprofessional store.. Mentioned in the site opening time 10.30 am but till 11.30 they are not opening.. Security guard with unprofessional way just giving silly faces

I ordered two footwears. Black sandals and Blue flats. They came but size did not fit. So I made a replacement request. Blue flats were replaced but black sandals were picke dup too and there is no update on that product in my account details. I have called the given customer care number a lo of times and have have emailed my complaint to them.
However, there is no reply. Please, kindly help me and refund me my amount now as it has been more than a month adn the purpose of those footwears is now long gone.

I have purchase red tape shoes from MIRZA INTERNATION LTD. Old Delhi Road Sector 14 Gurgaon Haryana on dated 29/01/2022. On the time of purchase he committed that 3 months replacing and 6 month repairing guarantee. After 2 month the shoes's pasting removed and I went to shop for replacing the shoes. The shopkeeper do not replace the shoes due to i have not bill copy. But I have also submitted the payment proof of date 29/01/2022 through credit card.

I have also attached the all photo for your reference. Please replace my shoes at the earliest.

I ordered red tape shoes on 7 th feb on red tape official web site and 9th Feb I order to replace the shoes due to size issue. Yet no further communication on replacement and even customer care is not responding to request or calls. It's been 10 days now. Please help....

I have purchased one pair shoes from Red Tape store No. 237, Shop No.5, Ground & 1st Floor, Khasra, 1, Suraj Kund Rd, Pul Pehlad Pur, New Delhi on 12th Feb, 2022 for my father, after that we have a size issue issue with the shoes and visit again on shop for exchange purpose.

But store contact or sales person refuse my request and miss-behave with me.

And it is clearly mentioned in the backside of invoice for change and exchange within in 7 days of purchase.

My self Manpreet Singh from Jagaron Punjab .I recently bought redtape shoes (Model No RTE3011 black) on 8nov 2021 from redtape showroom Jagaron that is on national highway 95. But the shoes leather is so hard (after wearing 7/8 times specialy from ankle and Heel) moreover my Ankle and Heel badly swelling . I went to redtape showroom Jagaron but they denied to do anything in this matter .
