[Resolved] Redbus — Booked the ticket but not get the bus | |||
As I booked the ticket through redbus web portal to travel from Bangalore to Tirupati with the vandana travels as mentioned in the web site. Later I got the call from unknown number told that the bus has been changed, you need to board on the same boarding point address @11:15PM on the journey date. I went to the boarding point address @ 11 PM, the bus didn't arrived and waited up to 12:30PM. Even I contacted to the vandana travels phone numbers which mentioned on the bus ticket(sent through the mail) but the person lifted and said that this is vandana tours and travels not vandana travels, contact to the red bus (he used unparliamentary dialogues). Also I contacted to the customer care of red bus on the journey date but the voice came that the customer care will not works after 11PM. I called to the next day and the customer care people not responded properly. Till now, the red bus asking me different kind of questions and saying that we need confirmation of the deducted amount from your credit card in the JPG format.
