[Resolved] Redbus — BUs cancelled and money not refund

Hi, I booked my ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad on 24th December 2009. And on 24th evening the bus operater informed me that bus is cancelled. When I enquired about refund they asked me to contact Redbus. When I contacted red bus they first asked me to contact the bus operater. After me insisting a lot, they agreed the refund and asked me to send the bank a/c details. I called them couple of times everytime they ask me to send a mail to their customer support team. I did had a very horrible experience with the redbus booking. Redbus service is not trustworthy and one should not use this service if he doesn't want to get spoiled. These redbus peoples are kind of suck their customers. They don't have any co-ordination with bus operators.Most of the times seats you booked either are not in well maintained bus Or are allocated to other peoples by bus operators. I had this experience twice in a year and made my mind to not use this service anymore. When it comes to refund of tickets no one in redbus office will co-operate with customers. In short these guys rob customers with bus operators.
