I have tried to book a ticket from Pune to Banglore, on the site when transaction got completed , page failed to go back to REDBUS website.so ticket didnt get book. but i got the mail from [email][protected]@ccavenue.com[/email] like this

and as stated amount got detected from account , i tried to contact both CCAVENUE people and REDBUS people , they are not responding. As the amount got transferred to REDBUS account , its there responsibility to return my money back , but they are not responding.

This is a common phenomena in occasional circumstances. You must create screen shots of your redbus message and your online statement of net banking or card screen shot which shows the deduction. Submit both to your bank from where amount deducted and to website where u have tried for a transaction.
Then refund procedure accelerates and you will having more chances of reversal.
