I had booked a ticket on redbus website but the ticket was not issued and money was deducted from my account. I was asked to send a mail to "[protected]@redbus.in","[protected]@redbus.in","shaik....⇄ to get the money refunded back to me.
Inspite of my several mails and telephonic conversation with the redbus team neither have they refunded the money back nor did i get any reply from the redbus team regarding this issue.
Details of booking:
Reference Number :5502233
Ticket Booked : Udumelpet to Chennai ( 2seats)
Amount deducted: Rs.1100/-
I have attached the image of confirmation from redbus that i got at the time of booking regarding the refund which is not yet done .
Also i have attached the bank statement showing the amount deducted from my account.
I humbly request to please resolve this issue.

Myself lakshmi.I just didnt got my refundable amount of Rs 360 in to my account till now.the tracking number is 13316094 which was cancelled for the ticket on sat 18Th of Aug, 2012.please send me the status as soon as possible.
