[Resolved]  Redbus — it is 2 am but still waiting to pick me up

Hi, I am genuinely a well wisher of your company and have been able to use your service a couple of times. It is very good in all the aspects but am sorry to say this, but no other way. I have booked the ticket in red bus from Chennai to Madurai in national travels. the departure time is 10.35pm but no one called me and care about me still now. I am just standing still and waiting for some other bus of the same travels will pick up me. it is 2 at the midnight. I lost my sleep and so tired standing for long time. I need a solution for this. I hope you do the right for me. I tried to call you but it says the time is out of office hour. I am so tried and it is so rash too. please help me in a such a way that I feel good. thanking you and waiting for your reply
