[Resolved] Redbus — No Refund for failed transaction | |||
Hi, I tried booking ticket in redbus from Coimbatore to Chennai on 2nd September. The transaction failed at the last step but amount was deducted from my bank account. When I called the customer care on 2nd my cmplaint was not taken. Again i called within 2 days, i have been told refund will be initiated but it was not done. When again I called on 12th , then only the complaint was actually initiated and i have got reference no 26780298. I was told that amount will be refunded within 7 working days. It has been 12 days but the amount is not yet refunded. The customer care response regarding this whenever i called is the worst. The information is not communicated properly.
