not refunding my cancelled ticket amount
Dear Sir, I booked a ticket from the service redBus.in find below the detail of my journey ticket:ticket number (TIN):

due to few reasons i couldn't make this journey and cancelled the ticket, where by i got a mail from the redBus.in support team saying that my ticket was cancelled. Find below the mail confirmation.

We processed your refund request on 09-Mar-2012. Your tracking number is 10077356.

The refund amount is Rs.1215.
Your bank will take 5 working days to credit the amount to your account.
The cancellation fee for this transaction is Rs.135.

But till date I didn't get my amount credited in my bank account which I used for booking. Even I checked with bank but this was not done. Already lot many working days were gone.
