[Resolved] Redbus — Regarding failed transaction | |||
Respected sir, I Piyush Nakarani, booked ticket from bangalore to goa on 4th may in redbus on name of mayur through mobile no. [protected] but because of some technical problem transaction got failed. according to red bus cash back policy it should redeposit in my account within 7 working days but its almost 8 working days and i didnt get any positive reply from them and they are not responding my call. i already registered complain to redbus support team with complain no: 1068995.
