Hi I had purchased a 2.1 Channel Speakers from auctions.rediff.com. I did not get the Speakers for a month and they had confirmed my payment and order. Later when inquired, got the reply that product will not shipped to Bangalore. I dont know why. And it was no where mentioned in the listing that they wont be shipping to bangalore. Rediff is misguiding online consumers.. My rediff id is my email id. I got the refund only after my asking for product after a month. How can they cancel confirmed order after a month? Whats the assurance that we get product which we buy from rediff.. just they hold your money for 40 days and then refund. rediff auctions — watche

hi sir. I have seen a stereo watch on rediff auctions. I have seen the watch item on that. I have purchased that, but i got a different watch and it is not even working . I don't know exactly why they have shown me a different watch but they sent me a worst watch which is not even working. I don't know whether the rediff team is responsible for that or the dealer who placed that item on the net. Thanking you.
