[Resolved]  Rediff Bol — Unable to Sign in

Me too face same problem with one User ID, but when i created new, with that its working. What could be anomoly.. as I cannot loose my buddy's list (no backup !!) has gone !!!

PLS HELP !!

Since last 3 days, i have not been able to sign in to my account through Rediff Boll Mssngr, After few seconds, the error as "we are unable to sign you in.please try after some time.[E102]" is appearing in screen, hence not able to sign in.
I checked my Connection Setting & Tested is correctly, but problem is not solved.
Kindly check the same & make us able to go forward.

For the past 2 days i'm not able to sign in rediff bol. It was showing " we are unable to sign you in.Please try after sometime.E102". I too have checked my connection settings, where detect connections automaticall is check marked.

Since last night I am not able to sign into rediff bol. It was working fine till yesterday; but suddenly started seeing this issue. I always get the error: "We are unable to sign you in; please try after some time. [E102]".

since last 3 days i am facing the error [E102] and can't log in...pleae solve this problem.

I too faced the same problem for many days. I was able to sign in with one id, but failing with other.

...It is resolved after I done following,

Clear cookies and temporary internet files.
You may use windows cleaning softwares (e.g. Advanced System Care, CCleaner etc.). These are freewares...google them...

It appears rediff bol stores something for our login on our PC which denies signing in. Once u cleaned that u will be able to login...

I Can not open my rediffmail Account & read my personal message in my inbox. Hence I want to complai about the matter.
