hi, My name is Vasudha. i ordered Blackberry 8830 on 8th July 2011 and got my order delivered on 12th July 2011. however the handset is not working i have raised my issue many times with their customer care and have received no respone from them yet. i also have tried calling their customer care they only advised me to raise my issue online(option given in the website). i have done it many times. even i have tried to contact then through their and vedor's email id ( <[protected]@rediff.co.in>, [protected]@ojjasenterprizes.com). yes this is very disappointing. and there should be an obligation of the shopping web site to deliver the correct order. this is a fraud if they are not entertaining the issue.
