[Resolved]  Rediff.com — Not giving Goods which i bought online from rediff.com

Dear Sir,

My name is Chiranjiv Sharma, I bought a set of CUTE POLAR BEAR WITH BABIES on 16th Sept. 2009,from Rediff.com and piad Rs.1369 online to Rediff.com. On Rediff website they decleared that this item will deliver in 3 working days. over e-mail they given the confirmation that we approved you product order no.5589870 and it wiil deliver within 3-6 working days. they aslo given number of vender name Gurpreet singh mob. no.[protected] which he never pick his phone. From the first day i am contineously contacting customer care and calling on the number given above but still no any reply received from rediff.com. And in track your order coloum is is showinmg awaiting dispetch. i am hereby sending screenshot and mail which i received from rediff.com.

Pls help me
