[Resolved]  Rediff.com — No Response to mails in respect of Defective Product

Complaint regarding: Non acceptance by Rediff.com, Mumbai Office of the Defective Product Returned by me on 08.12.2009.
ORDER No: 5678497
Waybill No : [protected], Reference No : 16335120

Product: Smallest Radio Control Helicopter-High Range
Qty:1, Price: INR Rs.895/-.


I had returned a defective product (a toy helicopter) to Rediff.com on 08.12.2009, but my courier returned the same to me after a week marking, "Addressee refused to receive the article". The customer care centre is also not responding to my several emails in this regard.

Purchased helicoptor toy . Found defective. As per your instruction send to M/s Gouba Traders delhi 2-3 months back . Till date not received. Order no[protected]
