Date: 21.12.2009. Dear Sir, Complaint regarding: Non acceptance by Rediff.com, Mumbai Office of the Defective Product Returned by me on 08.12.2009. ORDER No: 5678497 Waybill No : [protected], Reference No : 16335120 Product: Smallest Radio Control Helicopter-High Range Qty:1, Price: INR Rs.895/-. I had returned a defective product (a toy helicopter) to Rediff.com on 08.12.2009, but my courier returned the same to me after a week marking, "Addressee refused to receive the article".
