Rediff.com — Short Changed
I ordered a set of Micro Fiber Miracle cloth around 30th Sept.2011 in response to a spl. offer from Rediff.com in which I was to get 2 pcs for the cost of 1 with the courier charges being Rs.90/- instead of Rs.50/-.The product was delivered on 10.10.11, on opening I found only 1 Pc instead of 2Pcs. but had already paid Rs.189/- on COD, including Rs.90/- as Courier Charges. I immediately wrote to rediff.com and the vendor Ojjas Enterprises. Rediff responded that I had been sent the ordered product, I simply asked them to explain as to why was I charged Rs.90/- as courier charges instead of Rs. 50/- as shown in the advt. on their website but they have not responded since then. I feel like having been scammed. Mr. Angad of the OJJAS Enterprises seem to be in slumber as they have not bothered to reply at all.Anup Datta
