I ordered htc 7 surround mobile via order 7323855 on rediff.com which was delivered to me on 17Aug 2012 via dtdc D09640829. From the day one i am facing trouble in the mobile phone. It keeps on restarting itself, internet and market place also having many errors in it. I dispatched it for replacement on my own expenses on 27 Aug 2012, but the same mobile with same errors was delivered to me on 7 Sept 2012 via aramex [protected]. Same day i called customer care they told me they will arrange reverse pick up same day, but none of them turned up till date.
So, i am sending the mobile again on my expenses and requested them to return my money as i am facing lots of inconvinence because of this and by no way i have kept the mobile with me for 2 weeks. As i do not want to spend any more money in courier in returning the same mobile again and again as i already spent more than Rs. 400 on courier because of no service in my area.
Now they are refusing to refund my money

Rediff.com / HTC 7 Surround — No replacement/refund
Sir,I ordered htc 7 Surround from rediff.com via order no 7323855. The mobile phone is not working properly from day one. I am complaining about the product to the company from day one. Problems in the mobile:-
-it keeps on restarting itself
-marketplace is not working
-Internet Explorer is having many errors in it
-I am unable to download anything in it
-Neither do they send the bill instead of asking them 10 times
They told me to send back the product and they will give me a replacement. I have sent the mobile phone twice on my own expenses but the same mobile phone having imei [protected] is sent back again and again without any replacement. Its been 40 days now i got the same phone again and again. Neither they replace the product nor they are ready to refund the money back.
