Rediff.com — Product replacement | |||
I had bought a product (Smart Watch) from Rediff Online Shopping. The product was defective therefore I was asked to return the defective product will complete packing and courier details, etc which is did so as per an email from Rediff Customer Care. Now since the time I returned the product the company is not attending to me properly. Everytime I call at the customer care centre (Called 9+ times) so an operator will understand my problem and tell me they will revert back on my mobile in next 24 hours which they never do. And than I get an email saying you will get the replacement product in 7-10 working days, have received such email thrice and its been 25 days already since the time I had sent the product. When I ask them to transfer to their superior, they reply that either superior has gone for lunch or they dont come on saturdays or they are not at their desk. I am really fed up. Now they have my product as well as my money. It has been more than 25 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
