[Resolved]  Rediff Shopping — No Response for reimbursement of the cancelled order

Dear Sir
On 24 th oct 08 i baught three product having order no. 4965736 out of three i have got only two products one product has been cancelled due to non availability of third product that is ennia grey A bra & a panty set .for the reimbursement of its price rediff credited only Rs.100/- to my credit card acct. for rest of the amount i.e. Rs.280/- they are saying from along time to give me gift voucher no. but ive not got any gift voucher . & now they are not giving me response to my mails nor picking phone.What should i do now.
