[Resolved]  Rediffmail Account — My Rediffmail account blocked

I forget my password and when i try with forget password it is showing like
Number of attempts for retrieving the password is exhausted, , , So can you reset the password and send my password to my new Email ID which is :
[protected]@gmail.com


My old email Id Is :[protected]@rediffmail.com (is not operative)

RediffMail — blocking of mail

For no good reason rediffmail has blocked my id for the past 3-4 days and when i am contacting them they are giving some vague and whimsical answers.

They dont seem to ralise the importance even after writing to them thrice or four times that i have been using this id for all my business and personal things for the past 7-8 years and all important and monetary things are routed through it.

Please help me in this regard to get my id back. If rediff does not want me then even I will shift to some other provider but i should get back all my data and contacts which is there for the last 7-8 years.

i dont know why people involved in such a business or service can act in such a ridiculous manner.
please help.

i have been trying to login my rediffmail account for a month but dont know wht happend. when i m trying to login its showing username and password incorrect. i tried retrieving it but failed. can you please please help me reset my password for [protected]@rediffmail.com account and send it to mitra.[protected]@gmail.com. have even sent an email to rediffmail customer service but no reply from them yet.

This is annu and my rediffmail account "[protected]@rediffmail.com" has been blocked, after reading terms i could just remember that i might have sent a lot of mails in short span of time, and i think this should not be the reason to block my account.
now when i go to my recover password option, when choosing security question, it says "details changed"
please help me to recover my password, i need that i have some important information stored in it.

Rediffmail.com has blocked my password. My email address is one ashfaqmd.[protected]@rediffmail.com. I trust rediffmail for a very very long time and i have locked all my important cotacts with this rediffmail account.I will be a problem to change it. I will loose my business. My alternate email adds are 1. [protected]@rediffmail.com 2. [protected]@rediffmail.com. Did rediffmail intentionally do this or did something went wrong. I think I did no worng. How will I get access to my mail. Can we trust the rediffmail people? is my security neutralized by rediffmail.com.

My account has been block just before few 2 days . You please inform me how can i unblock or you please unblock my mail id.
