[Resolved] Rediffmail — retaining period of mails in inbox | |
sir, after receiving a mail, the same gets automatically deleted within 24 hours weather read or not. this means that at any point of time the emails in my inbox are only those that have been received in the last 24 hours. the dissapeared mails do not appear in the thrash or deleted mail box. pls tell me how to rectify. i have also installed incredimail. the mails are all availabe in the inbox for the same i.d. if accessed through incredimail. that means accessing inbox thru rediffmail the inbox shows only most recent past 24 hrs mails. whereas the same inbox thru incredimail shows all mails that i have not deleted. pls advise Was this information helpful? | |
