Rediff Mail — lost my password

i had created a rediff email ID yesterday. But i have lost the password. i gave them to the alternate email iD. i sent a mail to the company . a pop up came "saying the password sent to your email ID" But i do not have the mail yet. this is very crazy. the rediff company is a rubbish? they do not keep their word. my id is [protected]@rediff.com
