Rediffmail.com — Unable to open my Email- id

From last 1 month i am facing problem to open my email-id,[protected]@rediffmail.com.When i go to sign in then sometimes it has to be opened normally & sometimes it has shawing loading page & waiting for response
The connection has timed out

The server at mypage.rediff.com is taking too long to respond.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

So i,e requested to kindly note the complain & make me a permanent solution.
