Rediffmail — complaint mail

I have order for a mobile on rediff on 3rd jan 2013 order no.[protected] which I have recieved on 7th jan.this product is not matching as per specification.i have make mails,call to the rediff.vide complaint no.(Rediff=[protected]')from that day everyday I am making calls emails & sending the pic of the product.till date the issue is not been resolve,i want to file a case plz let me know the address to file a case.
