[Resolved]  Rediffmail — password recovery

my self shraddha pagare. i am unable to access my rediffmail id [protected]@rediffmail.com for last 3 to 4 days. due to my password is hacked. plz recover my account password of [protected]@rediffmail.com on my new id (sush.[protected]@rediffmail.com).

For all rediffmail user who's account is blocked or not open.

We can recover our password by contacting rediffmail customer care number [protected].

My email account was also locked due to forgot of hint answer and message shown like Number of attempts for retrieving the password is exhausted. Then i create new user id on rediffmail and complain regarding locking of my old email id through mail and then customer care replied me through mail and provide some details in my old email like name of folder, last read mails, five email id of addresses book etc through return mail. I provided said detail to reply mail and they sent password of my old email id through mail on my new email id.

All above process taken 3 days because there is one holiday between three days.I am using rediffmail since many years and there is no problem of service of rediffmail.
