[Resolved]  Rediffmailpro.com — they are not supporting my complaint to use my account

I am customer of rediffmailpro.com which is paid service since last almost 7 years +. I have written them to change my password as it is showing error but since last so many days neither I am able to access my account nor they are resetting it.
It is being business account my business is hampering badly.. if I try it manually it says server down for maintenance I really doubt creditably of host now..
Can you please help me in this.
I have registered user id in name of Makarand Wadekar and my official id is [protected]@insearchindia.com
And other id where they has to send me mail or do correspondence is [protected]@yahoo.com
from which I have already communicated to them But there is no proper response from company neither i got any call till date about my problem. Tell me what to do is question for me?
